I have been seeing Heather Pfeiffer for over 15 years. She has always been very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She is a great listener and provides great insight. She makes sure we have discussed everything I want to and makes sure she has answered any questions I have. I always feel like she cares. It is nice having a Dr that knows you and makes you comfortable discussing anything I need to.

Heather has been the primary care physician for our family for over ten years. We feel extremely fortunate to have found her and absolutely trust her judgement and expertise in treating our families health concerns.

Dr. Pfeiffer always responds Immediately to me. She Is prepared to help with anything I need to make my health as good as It can be. I appreciate the time she takes with me and the effort she exerts to keep me healthy. Thank heavens I have her as my Primary care Doctor. She's exactly what I need.

My provider always listens, works hard to make sure my needs are met and understood. She talks everything thru with me and explains the positives and negative to every test, med, or issue. I have followed her from her previous workplace to this one because she is the best doctor I have ever had. I think I have been seeing her for my medical needs for at least 10 + years and don't see myself ever seeing a different doctor unless she was to retire. I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon. I will be her patient for as long as she will have me.

I love going to Providence for my healthcare because the appointments aren't longer than they need to be and it's easy to get what I need. I feel heard and can always ask more questions via MyChart.
