Dr. Chaplin is a great doctor and I'm very glad he's my PCP. He's attentive, listens, and puts me at ease.

My care provider is a good listener who takes time to listen my concerns about my health concerns and giving me advice and also help me understand everything I need to know. He also follows up with my visit with other physicians to see the results and help me understand the details of the diagnosis. Overall, he is a good listener with a big heart who takes time to understand the issues I may have and give me advice and alternative solutions. As a result he use to be a primary doctor for all my family members, my two kids, until they became independent and mom until she passed away couple years ago.

I truly appreciate my provider and the whole care team's support for my health care.

I really like this clinic even it's a little far from my home. All personnel are very friendly and polite. I like my PCP, Dr. Champlain very much. He always takes time to listen and makes suggestions to me. He is very thorough regarding my health issues. He makes me feel comfortable to share my health issues.

Dr. Chaplain is a phenomenal physician who cares deeply about his patients. He is thorough, a great communicator, and someone I think is phenomenal.

Chaplain saw me when my regular doctor had an emergency and couldn't make our appointment. He was great. I honestly am thinking about getting my husband transferred to him. I loved how he listened and assured my concerns. He seems like a great doctor to have as a pcp!
