I've always had excellent experiences with Dr. Chaplain and his staff.

My care provider is a good listener who takes time to listen my concerns about my health concerns and giving me advice and also help me understand everything I need to know. He also follows up with my visit with other physicians to see the results and help me understand the details of the diagnosis. Overall, he is a good listener with a big heart who takes time to understand the issues I may have and give me advice and alternative solutions. As a result he use to be a primary doctor for all my family members, my two kids, until they became independent and mom until she passed away couple years ago.
