Always a great visit with Dr. Query. But I'm still happy to have to only see her once a year! :)

Dr. Crystal Query is my new PCP following a retirement and this was my first visit-she was fantastic! Very thorough, well informed and totally connecting with me as my PCP going forward. The clinic manager AND whatever kind of supervising physician managers evaluate her should know she is a top professional and she is SPECIAL and Providence needs more like her!!

Dr. Q is incredible. Always attentive and clear. Speaks with me using clinical nomenclature since I am In healthcare as well which gives better details for me

I've been used to in-person appts. I actually prefer them, but the times are changing. The doctor was very thorough.

I have only had the get quainter appointment. Soa so good. She explained about my medications and even made some suggestions to lower dosages and types I was using in the past. At my age I worry about drug interaction. Nice to have some options.

Dr Crystal Query is a new doctor for me as my previous physician retired. This was my first visit with her and I was very impressed with her. She asked me questions regarding the info that was on file with the office. She was very pleasant and helpful.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Query. She was thorough and respectful. As a result of her suggestions, we reevaluated my approach to an ongoing hip problem for which I am very grateful.

This was my first visit with Dr Query, she had reviewed my chart and was well informed regarding my health problems. She had helpful insights and listened attentively to what I had to say.

I just met Dr.Query for the first time at the appointment that you are surveying me regarding. She was attentive and listened to my health concerns and reacted with appropriate referrals. In addition, she explained why I should switch to another blood pressure medication, which I opted to change after listening to her concerns.Dr. Query seems highly knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills and I look forward to working with her in the future. Also, after the closure of the pain, urology and the naturopathic clinic I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep my Providence Advantage plan next year. But after my visit with Dr. Query I am hopeful that I will receive the referrals and services that I need. After one visit with her, I am optimistic that my health issues will finally be addressed.

This provider did not listen to me the provider rushed me during my appointment the provider never listened to any concerns I had for my health.

Dr. Query is amazing. She is kind and compassionate, and she listens really well. She is empathetic and asp ready to find solutions to health problems.

My PCP is someone that I can open up to about my health and health care concerns. She is affirming which I appreciate and also very considerate when cautioning me about weight control. We discuss my options and she always checks in about my opinion about her recommendations. I stay current on my screenings to provide her with the data she needs to monitor my health. This visit, she suggested Providence's Diabetes Prevention Program if I wanted to be pro-active abot my borderline A1c level. I do, and expect it to be helpful.
