Angela D. Schilling-Koons, FNP

Angela started her nursing career 25 years ago and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for the last 14 years. Angela has focused her nurse practitioner career in geriatrics and palliative care. Angela believes every patient has a right to receive care the way they want in the environment they desire. Through education and cooperation each patient and their families are the drivers for their healthcare. Angela collaborates with other healthcare providers to provide a multidisciplinary approach to improve quality of life and symptom management. Mrs. Koons received her LPN in 1998 then graduated from Mesa Community College with her associates degree in nursing in 1998. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2003. Followed by Master in Science in Nursing the through the University of Phoenix. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Angela moved to Oregon in 2023 and joined ElderPlace PACE Gresham.
