Dr. Britsch was very thorough and I felt I was getting all of her attention and felt very well cared for. This was my first time seeing her, setting her up as my primary care physician. Hopefully it's faster to get an appointment in the future, I know that there is a shortage of providers and that it doesn't reflect on her in any way.

my provider was running behind, but they kept me informed and updated The provider and her assistant were giving me conflicting information about insurance coverage was my only negative. My overall experience was good and I really respect my provider.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Britsch. She was very diligent in going over my history. She adjusted some meds and was very personable. I wish it hadn't taken 6 months to get the appointment. The Providence Bridge Team was fabulous though.I look forward to having Dr. British as my PCP for years to come.

This was a first appointment with a new primary care physician. I was very happy with the results of this appointment. I felt like I would get good health care from her after talking with her. The two young ladies I also talked with were also very pleasant and helpful. I walked out of the clinic with a smile on my face.

I met with this doctor to establish care, and she went above and beyond. I was absolutely floored at the quality of care I received. I could tell that the doctor spent time actually looking at my chart before my visit because she was following up on a lot of my past medical information. The only time I have ever gotten this level of attentiveness from a doctor is in therapy. Her assistant was very kind and helpful, and she was able to set me up with all the upcoming visits for preventative/routine care that I needed.Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of care I received from the doctor and her assistant, but also at how easy the layout of the clinic was which allowed for my doctor to refer me to behavioral health and then behavioral health came up to my checkUp room the same day to ask some questions and get me scheduled. I highly recommend this clinic.

DR. Britsch appears to be a caring doctor. Getting to the speciality care I need of an endocrinologist seems next to Impossible.

I was really happy with most everything. The scheduling kinda sucks because I had to wait three more to even get an appointment. I love my new doctor! She was so much help and answered every question I asked.

She was very nice, pleasant, and took time to answer all of my questions.

She seems to be taking things more seriously this time. Last year she just brushed it off as something I knew it wasn't.

It took over 5 months to get my new patient appointment! That is crazy. However, my first appointment with my new doctor went very well. I really like her, so much so that I tried to get my daughter into the clinic, but it is now closed to new patients. I hope my next visit to the doctor goes as well
