Great experience! I have no feedback on improvements at this time. All of my appointments so far have been respectful of my age, health status and decisions regarding my care. I especially appreciate the validation I get regarding my lifestyle and positive health improvements. So far, all medical professionals with whom I've had contact have greatly eased the anxiety I have around healthcare appointments and unfamiliar situations.

It does take a bit to get an appointment, however my needs were not of an urgent matter. I've always had positive experiences with Priovidence other than a year or so ago had to go to ER and had to wait in waiting room a terribly long time, but once called to back I had exceptional care .

Other providers I've had treat me like I am lying and or am exaggerating symptoms I've had over the years. Both times , each time symptoms went on for months .. I required surgery for the issues I was being told were all in my head or all together not there. The only dr who has not done that is Duval. I finally got an appointment scheduled for a surgery that has been needed for years and would have saved me from what I'm going through now in regards to abdominal pain. But other providers did not care to listen to me about what was going on. Now I have multiple symptoms going on that are making day to day life very difficult. I thank Dr Duval. If it was not for him being there I would have sought to change my primary care to another practice.

New guy. Good job getting to know my history. Generic health advice. Felt ignored (since covid) until this appt. I need to take initiative--found out I had been dropped from my pcp due to inactivity, I guess.

Jason Duval is exceptional in his manner, knowledge, and ability to explain in ways I understand. The first time I met him was with my 25 yr old daughter, who usually sees a woman. He put her at ease and she said, afterwards, that she'd see him, again! We both like him a lot.

I love my primary doctor at providence. I was nervous to see another doctor. I haven't had good luck with doctors. But I was surprised that he knew my medical history, seemed very intelligent, answered all my questions fully. Made recommendations and genuinely seemed to care.
