First time seeing dr gerig. He was excellent in explaining diabetes and his BP.

It's very difficult to get established with a pcp within Providence especially in rural areas. Bridge team was very helpful.

Dr Gerig is easy to talk to and he listens to what you have to say. He's in touch with your medical needs and Is willing to jump In and take care of you.

Good experiences with my primary and PA

This was my first appointment and I scheduled it in April !! I liked the staff and the doctor, just hope I don't have to wait months for another appointment should I get a cold or something more urgent.

He'd a good doctor that really listens.

I was having issues with foot pain. I called one day and was offered an appointment for the next day at 7:00 am. That was a nice surprise. I was scheduled with a doctor I had never seen before. I had a really pleasant visit. He asked lots of questions, spent as much time as needed, really seemed to want to get to the root of the problem, and helped me set up a plan to work on helping with my foot pain. I really enjoyed this doctor, and would be happy to see him again.

All good experiences. The LONG wait for an appointment was the only negative. This was first visit so some questions didn't apply so were left blank.

I am so pleased to have found excellent medical care from Dr. Gehrig and his staff. He explains treatment for my medical conditions very well and my general health is improving thanks to his treatment. When my lab work came back he sent me a message very quickly. Dr Gehrig is knowledgable, a good listener, easy to talk with and addresses all my concerns.

This was my first appointment with Dr Gehrig. He was very helpful, listened to me, and answered my questions. I felt that Dr Gerhig was interested in me as a patient and that he would not make diagnoses or recommend treatments based solely on my age and gender.

Nothing bad just starting seen this provider and so far is all good.

Always checks computer to see what specialist appointments were made and their summary reports.

I don't necessarily feel like this survey is a fair representation of my experience, as it was a new patient visit to establish care with the PCP. I waited several years to even get an appointment. I have had great care with the bridge team and video visits. Over all I'm very happy with providence, I do feel that getting an appointment can be incredibly difficult and take a very long time.

Good addition to this practice.
