Dr. Burness is always responsive - the MyChart's messaging feature expands the ability to fully engage with the doctor and her team. This reduces pressure in the office interview to cover all details. Allows much better coverage of issues.

Excellent care

It took me awhile to find a doctor I really like. Dr Burness is beyond phenomenal. I would say she is probably one of the best doctors I had. I had some miscarriages in the past. Some of my pregnancy symptoms had gone away, and I was concerned. Dr. Burness got me in sooner than I had expected. Her care team has always been so nice as well. I would recommend her to anyone because she always addresses my concerns. When I leave her office I feel relieved because she explains everything that is going on. Whenever I get test results she explains them to me too. She and her office got the last results and the explanations so fast. I don't ever feel like I am in the unknown after talking with her. My concerns are always addressed and I feel relieved knowing what is going on. 10/10 this provider is outstanding!!!!!

This was the first time I had seen this provider and I really liked her a lot. It was clear that she had looked at my chart before she came in the room and I felt that she was up to speed on my health background and also for the reason I was there. She had a lot of good information and she asked a lot of good questions and she actually made a lot of headway in helping me figure out what has been going on with the chronic condition I'm dealing with. I felt she put a lot of thought into the aftercare she suggested and I also felt that she was providing seamless service between my previous appointment. The one I was seeing her for and future visits. That's a hard thing to do so I was very impressed with how connected she felt to my situation.

Dr. B is One of the best! She is obviously overloaded in caseload based on how long you have to wait to get an appointment

I have much confidence in this physician, She Is a good listener, and a great communicator. And I feel blessed to have her in my life.

She is always there when I need her and takes a personal interest in me.
