About Amy L. Celichowski
In her practice as a physician assistant, Amy Celichowski wants to empower her patients to take control of their health and improve their overall well-being. She believes everyday lifestyle choices have a big impact on personal health.
"I became a physician assistant to be in a profession where I am continually learning and making a difference in people's lives," Amy says. "I want to be an advocate for my patients and form relationships based on trust and a common goal - to improve your health."
After earning her bachelor's degree in psychology from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Amy received her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Stony Brook University in New York. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Amy moved to Oregon in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding and fly fishing.

This was my first appt with Amy C . I was referred by neurologist and she began the recommended treatment that day and scheduled follow-up and to monitor my hypertension. She easily clarified info I didn't understand. I was at ease and adding in my own sense if humor
