The appointment with Dr. Ramoso was a new patient visit. It took several months to get scheduled, which wasn't surprising with the shortage of medical providers available. The scheduling appeared to be done through a third party, which was kind of confusing, although the person who did it was very patient and kind.Everyone in his office was very kind and friendly. Dr. Ramoso was personable and listened carefully to what I had to say. He involved me in the decisions for follow-up care/tests and explained things well.

I truly appreciate how thorough my visit was with my provider. It was nice that he asked many questions whether I wanted certain things done. He left the care up to my decision. He also addressed all of my issues And updated my charts. I appreciate the time he spent with me in that visit I was given the right amount of time to cover all that was important to me in this visit. I've had other places rushing my care and the doctor not spend enough time with me to address all the issues. This visit was much different in that all my medical issues were addressed. Thank you very much, Providence. You're the best.

Talk about a breath of fresh air. As a person in recovery my experiences in the past with other doctors has been really hit and miss....largely a miss.But I felt heard and respected at my appt. I told my family what an absolute blessing it was that I got the Dr I did. I reiterated to him how much I appreciated that I felt he cared and listened.My previous GP had such awful bedside manner I quit going to the Dr for 4 years. My health has been somewhat in decline.So I really mean it when I say I appreciate the service I received from my Dr and the staff out front. Couldn't have asked or hoped for a better experience and treatment.If you guys ever do reports on these comments or give kudos/commendations I'd really consider this office because they are a real notch above any other Dr office I've been to in my life.Thanks again.

Also, please note, the reason I am not asked about 'all the medications I am on' is because, the only prescribed medicine I am on is Vitamin D3, and nothing else.
