This was my 1st visit, my previous doctor had retired. The doctor had the records I had merged from the previous doctor. Dr. Ramoso was very thorough, he asked several questions. I felt he cared, and I feel this will be a good relationship going forward.

Talk about a breath of fresh air. As a person in recovery my experiences in the past with other doctors has been really hit and miss....largely a miss.But I felt heard and respected at my appt. I told my family what an absolute blessing it was that I got the Dr I did. I reiterated to him how much I appreciated that I felt he cared and listened.My previous GP had such awful bedside manner I quit going to the Dr for 4 years. My health has been somewhat in decline.So I really mean it when I say I appreciate the service I received from my Dr and the staff out front. Couldn't have asked or hoped for a better experience and treatment.If you guys ever do reports on these comments or give kudos/commendations I'd really consider this office because they are a real notch above any other Dr office I've been to in my life.Thanks again.

Also, please note, the reason I am not asked about 'all the medications I am on' is because, the only prescribed medicine I am on is Vitamin D3, and nothing else.

In the last 2 or 3 months, It has taken up to 11 calendar days from my "MY Chart" prescription re-fill request, until the providers actually submit the re-fill prescription to my pharmacy.I understand busy and understaff, but I have had to cut a medication in half the last two months so I did not run completely out. Other wise, everything is great, and all the people are very good. Thank you

The reason why I answered that Dr. Ramano didn't know my health history was because this was the first time I had seen him. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I really liked him and would recommend him as a Primary Care Doctor.

Dr. Romoso is the best provider I have ever had. His concerns for my health including mental health are above all. He understands me and takes the time to hear me.....not listen to me but hear me. I would never want any other provider.

Love this place and my doctor

I very much like Dr. Ramoso. He listens and responds. I enjoy seeing him.

He was worried my dentist was letting me walk around, with no appointment for a month, with an assessed upper bicuspid tooth. He gave me a written prescription for an antibiotic in case it worsened. I feel that he cares about my well being. He also helped me find information to correct my higher then normal blood pressure.
