I've been thinking since I left my appointment yesterday what a great doctor Travis Day is and how happy I am to have him as a doctor. He listens to me and he talks to me and makes me feel like he cares.

No everything was fine a great job

Travis Day is a very good provider. He always greets us with a handshake and makes us feel welcome and I always get a pat on the shoulder when he leaves. He is a good listener, answers questions thoroughly and I never feel rushed. He took the time to drain an abscess on my back which wasn't the reason I was there. All in all I feel very confident with him as my provider.

This a yearly check-up. Provider took his time with me, and made sure we covered everthing and were on the same page. He devised a more effective & efficient plan/procedure for me to deal with recurrent UTIs, which I greatly appreciate.

He does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist if necessary and pays close attention to my prescribed medications and their dosages. His recommendations are sincere and accurate considering my age and health status. I have no bad experiences with this provider.

Mr Day gave me tests immediately in the office and referred me to specialists for follow up procedures. He explains things well and has a great bedside manner. My main complaint with providence is the time you let me wait on the phone when making an appointment.

I have been very happy with the care I have received from Travis Day since establishing with him as a patient in April/ May 2024. He completed the most thorough review of my medical history I have ever had done and he caught the signs of a life threatening condition and referred me to specialists likely resulting in extending my life. Travis has a great personality and is friendly and easy to work with.

It is hard to get a timely appointment with Travis, but I did get an appointment within 2 weeks of request, which is good. For right away stuff I go to Providence Urgent Care which is very good at handling immediate needs. I have also had appointments with other PCPs in Travis's group on HillCrest. So the service is basically very good from Providence.

Dr. Day understood my condition and quickly developed a course of action.

I absolutely love Travis Day as a provider he's empathic, knowledgeable, caring and thorough. The only two complaints I have is not being able to do telehealth appointments because I live all the way in Ashland now. The other big complaint Is It Is so so difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone in your office. I've tried to call all day several times and couldn't get through, there was no option to email or leave a message, other times it's taken hours to get through for very basic stuff. The people that work reception are wonderful also it's just very hard to contact your office once you leave your appointment and the wait time is crazy long. I do like the option to select a call back when a receptionist is an available but it rarely works out they call back at a convenient time for me. I'd love the option to text, chat or email and if someone would specifically be assigned to phones but I realize that's a big request. Despite these two problems and living all the way in south ashland I stay with your office because I love my provider Travis and everyone is extremely friendly that works in your office.
