Travis A. Day, ARNP

Travis Day, FNP-C, comes to Hillcrest with extensive experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Emergency Medicine. After graduating from Seattle University in 2013, Travis worked at Evergreen Health Kirkland, Washington in Primary Care and Urgent Care before relocating with his family to Medford in 2018.

Travis transferred within Providence from his role as a medical provider and as the Medical Director for Providence Urgent Care Stewart Meadows and Central Point. While acting Medical Director, he was instrumental at helping develop and implement Urgent Care workflows during the COVID19 pandemic.

His philosophy of care is to be an advocate for optimal health while encouraging patient involvement and collaboration with all members of the patient's care team and family. While providing exceptional care, he is dedicated to serving his patients, advocating for social justice including community health and wellness.

Travis is a not only an experienced clinician, he is also a devoted father and husband. He loves most things outdoors including mountain biking and fishing.
