Dr Shah is wonderful.

Always gives me her full attention, and she listens to me, even though I sometimes must drive her crazy

I don't feel any human connection with the provider. This might be due to a high patient load. While a excellent physician, I miss the connection .. the feeling that we're partners in my health care.

The care provider was excellent. I had to wait 9 months for an appointment to establish care as a transfer patient from my PCP who left his practice. I understand the shortage of primary care providers in our area and am grateful for my new provider.

Like I've said in the past, having Dr. Shah as my primary is like winning the lottery. I'm always reminded of this when I return from my visits and my friends and family inquire as to whether or not Dr. Shah is accepting new patients. Many people want her as their physician. She addresses my concerns and spends time helping me with my overall health.The staff are always friendly and I never usually have to wait long. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Shah always talks about functional medicine (not using that name) but gets me to look at what is working in my life, and has me set goals about the way I want my life (for example the activities I want to persue) and then talks to me about how my health supports or does not support these goals. And talks to me about what if anything I need to change, and am willing to change to create that life I want. I believe I have learned a lot by thinking about my health from this philosophy. I think she is a good listener and a good teacher and a caring human!
