Jeremy Ross handled my short notice appointment with professional expertise in both assessment and.treatment of my health concern upon referral by another Dr. I had seen 2 days before I saw Jeremy Ross. He truly listened to me, had compassion and addressed my concerns. Jeremy is definitely an asset to your healthcare team.

Outstanding Provider!

I very very impressed. He was thorough, competent, intelligent and kind. He listened carefully and took my issue seriously. I could follow his thinking process easily and thought he made reasonable recommendations. He ordered appropriate labs and advised me on how to best get my results reviewed quickly. Given that he was a PA I had not seen before (my PCP had no openings), he was very aware of my medical history and general concerns. He far exceeded my expectations. I started my career working for Providence Hospital in Medford and can say he truly lived up to Providence's mission and goals.

Dr Ross was exceptionally understanding, informed and comfortable discussing sensitive information

Jeremy Ross is an excellent provider. I have seen him several times in the past. I believe he was instrumental in saving my husband's life. We had a hospital follow up with JR after my husband had been released from the hospital. We did not feel comfortable with the hospital release diagnosis as we felt it was a heart issue. JR could see that was the case. My husband felt very confident in JR's care. The following week he called JR and told him he was having trouble breathing. JR told him to go to the ER right away. That advice saved my husband's life as he had cardiac tamponade and went into surgery within hours. We did take him to the Asante ER due to their heart clinic. We were both grateful to JR for realizing that the situation was dire.

Care is very good. Jeremy was excellent! I felt listened to, he took time -i did not feel rushed and our discussion was very helpful.

Jeremy Ross and his assistant were very nice & thorough. I saw them because I was not able to schedule an appointment with my regular care provider. I was told my regular provider Is not making any further appointments with me because I will be reassigned to another provider & I'll need to wait until that new provider is assigned.

Pretty basic visit....achieved what I was hoping for, for this particular issue.

Good bedside manner is very important to understand patient's care and to getting the right diagnosis. They have been very friendly and very helpful and very understanding of my emotional distress over the last few years after losing my husband they have helped me with my severe pain levels my chronic pain levels they've been very understanding and helping me figure out what is an illness and what is a pain chronic pain carryover which hasn't been simple on this last young man was excellent at his job I wouldn't mind having him as a primary he is a very good nurse practitioner he's excellent.

No bad experiences in last appointment

I found him courteous and attentive to my concerns. He explained my symptons and showed me the exrays. And he took the time to probe the pain areas to determine the extent of my injury. All in all, a good visit.

Thank you for the care I continue to receive. The care team from the front desk to the physicians are very knowledgeable and answer any questions or concerns.

Recently the care has improved and I'm pleased. Past experiences are not so good.

This was a temporary bridge provider who saw me due to my new PCP first available appointment was 9 months from time I scheduled. My prior provider left his practice and I have had a very difficult time finding any providers accepting new patients in our area. I appreciate that I could be seen to renew my routine prescriptions .

I love my medical care team. It's always a great experience and the doctors, PAs, medical assistances, and office staff are the best here at this Providence location. I've been sick a lot from cancer, this is by far the best practice I've been to. The top! Thank you for such a great team!

JR even in his arm in a sling was very attentive and gave me a sense of value when he spoke with me. He answered all my questions and helped with getting durable medical equipment ordered on Monday by noon and Tuesday by 10:00 a.m., I was called to pick up all my durable medical equipment. THAT WAS FAST!!!
