Aaron Dam is is thorough and attentive, but is so busy. It took me over 3 months to get an appointment and he is my primary care doctor. I have had to see others in the office to get by, inwhich my issues are complicated and maybe too much for non M.D.

Got to the problem I was having fast

Dr Dam is fantastic. I would recommend Dr Dam to anyone in need of a Dr.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Dam.

My provider Dr. DAM is amazing, he listens to my concerns, he refers me if needed. Dr. Dam is very attentive to my care. I have alot of back problems and he has been great about getting my problems addressed in a timely and professional manner. The phone staff can be very helpful at times, they can also be rude and uncaring.

I have never had more confidence in my care team than I do at this time.

My provider is always open to listening to my questions and I never feel rushed in his office

Reception staff has always been efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I've never had to wait more than ~10 minutes in the waiting room and once roomed it is typically 5 minutes or less until Dr Dam comes in. He has always been attentive to my concerns and at one point mentioned a concern he had when he was looking at my chart the day before my appointment. I was impressed by that because I have had providers waltz and obviously have to get their bearings regarding who I am and what my history is. Dr Dam seems to take the time to be prepared and I really appreciate that. He is also very knowledgeable and seems to keep up with ever changing treatments and recommendations for the health concerns I have wanted addressed. He presents options in realistic and non-judgmental ways that I appreciate because it helps me feel empowered to make my own decisions regarding my health care choices. I feel comfortable telling him when I don't think I will be able to commit to a suggested plan. This is important to me because in the past I have felt that I needed to agree to a plan even knowing I would not be able to execute it (ex: habit changes when I'm already overwhelmed with life).

Dr. Dam is always wonderful. He listens and gives suggestions which gives me as a patient a say in my health care. I never feel rushed or feel ashamed of my poor decisions. Thank you, Dr Dam!

DR Dam is a great Doctor, it is just hard to get in to see him. I understand the shortage of Doctors in Medford area. I use My Chart to communicate with the Doctor and his Staff.

It is reassuring that everyone involved( Doctor, nurse, reception, analyst, admin, even security) are positive and smiling all the time. That is no easy feat consider the nature of the medical business. So thanks for that!

Dr. Dam is one of the best that I have ever had. Simply, he listens and is candid about what needs or could be done in my care. I try to use MyChart to communicate and schedule my care. It seems to be hit or miss on when or how I get response but overall I don't think that is a reflection on Dr. Dam.

I am seeing specialists on heart, orthio, sleep, and urology issues and Dr. Dam is aware of all issues and their relation to my general health indicating he is taking time to read my charts.

The most recent appointment was the best informative experience. I was given plenty of time to discuss my concerns.Have not had a bad experience with this provider.

Dr Dam is always on top of all my healthcare needs, and explains if I do not totally understand. Having found I had a heart condition, he started getting the ball rolling, for heart surgery, in a very timely manner. He is a wonderful doctor and I can not sing his praise loud enough. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr.Dam was respectful,knowledgeable,and helpful to me. I appreciated that he explained in a simple understandable way some of my medical challenges. In addition he was able to think ahead and order a treatment for my back which may offer additional relief. His thoroughness in the pass helped discover my extremely high risk coronary issues.

Dr Damm took time to do cryotherapy and filled a prescription to treat seborrheic keratoses, in addition to dealing with the scheduled subject for the appointment. I appreciate him doing that extra work. It also saved me having to make a Dermatologist specialist appointment for seborrheic treatment. Thank you, Dr Damm.

Dr Dam kept up with y cancer treatment and we talked about what cancer could be affecting in my body. Turned out that getting rid of the cancer caused reductions of high counts in certain blood tests that are now resolved!
