Great doctor!!!

My doctor is terrific. Very concerned about my overall health and daily life activity. She hears what you are saying and after thought gives her medical opinion how or what needs to adjusted in my meds, life, activities, and stress level.

DR. GAFF IS THE BEST PHYSICIAN I HAVE EVER HAD. SHE LISTENS VERY WELL, IS VERY THOUGHTFUL, AND RESPONDS WITH CARE AND CONCERN.

Very happy with Dr. Gaff and the Mercantile office. Dr. Gaff is a careful listener and explains things clearly. She asks good questions to determine how I'm doing. I always learn something during our visits. I have some anxiety around medical appointments and she always creates a positive atmosphere and puts me at ease. Very grateful to be in her care.

I phoned care team to get an appt with an alternative doc for new cysts In my lungs found on CT ordered by my endocrinologist.

Dr Gaff is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. She asks questions and listens to my concerns. She's the BEST!

Dr. Gaff does a good job, it is just very difficult to get in to see her as the office is way over booked. I often have to go to nurse practitioner instead. When something serious pops up, I don't like to wait 3 months or more to be seen by the doctor.

It's always great meeting with Dr Gaff. She's very knowledgeable and caring.

Dr Gaff is my PCP for almost ten years. Attentive, knowledgeable, sincere, she always addresses my concerns and provides a very good care. However, ever since Covid time I found it very difficult to book an appt with her team. I always try to use online booking. The nearest available appts are usually 2 or even 3 months out. Please make it clear on your site that same day appts should be booked over the phone. Perfect doctor, confusing scheduling rules.

Dr. Gaff is a respectful and caring person. On my recent visit, she was careful to ask questions and tested my range of motion to figure out why I was feeling so much pain in my shoulders. She prescribed a medication to help with the inflammation and gave me several pages of exercises. I'm confident that by following Dr Gaff's instructions my shoulder pain will improve.
