After rescheduling the Wellness appointment at the suggestion of staff due to a concern about insurance coverage less than 1 year from last wellness check, I learned from insurer that my insurance operated on calendar year basis, and thus did not have to reschedule, and was unable to get the original appointment back within an hour of canceling it.The staff was kind to note that calendar year coverage in the file. Wish it were already apparent to staff based on type of insurance, but all in all this was not a huge inconvenience. I appreciate the care and attention from the Provider and staff.
