Caitlyn was fantastic -- she listened to me and carefully answered every question I had with simple-to-understand explanations. I had been very apprehensive with this appointment, but she put me completely at ease right from the start. I really appreciated the way she interacted with me.

Caitlin was great. The triage nurse I spoke to on the phone a few days before my appointment was really not helpful and wasn't listening to my concerns. I'm glad I saw Caitlin and she helped me sort it out.

Caitlin was extremely thorough and thoughtful in all of her questions and responses. She showed interest in what I was there for and went above and beyond just answering my questions and concerns, she probed for other things that might be of concern for me now or in the recent past. Caitlin went out of her way, and way above normal expectations in securing an appointment for me late on Friday night at Providence St. Vincent's for a CT scan based on the symptoms I was presenting. She also followed up on all of our conversations and the CT scan, even soliciting more basic information so she could analyze and follow up on it, which she did.I couldn't have been happier with my visit or the excellent care given by Caitlin.

I always have a great visit at Providence Mercantile. Caitlin is not my normal provider but was beyond helpful! It's obvious that she cares about her patients and always wants to do her best job. The receptionists at the front were also very helpful and I felt that they respected me and cared about me. I've had a few awkward medical issues and the staff made me feel comfortable and confident. I couldn't ask for a better care team all around!

I am always satisfied with my care at Providence. My virtual appointment with Caitlyn was very professional. She made sure I knew of all the risks taking the medication, what to look for and to be sure and contact the office if I had any questions or concerns. When one is not feeling well, to talk to a medical person and be reassured they are there for me 24 hours a day is a comfort.
