Dr Trajano is the best ever!

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Trajano as my doctor. She is smart, professional and compassionate. I appreciate her advice and help in moving forward with my health goals.

All is good with my experience. I appreciate the push to talk about the things that prevent me from taking care of myself. A firm question on why I wasn't taking my prescriptions with follow up questions helped a lot to understand the importance of taking it seriously

The care provider named in this survey was a stand in for my primary care provider, so tougher to answer the questions. My primary care provider was out of the office. I have good experience with everyone I have seen at the clinic and enjoy working my my primary care provider. I appreciate my care team as they are very responsive and caring.

This was my first time I had seen Dr. Trajano. I had to wait three months to get an appointment as a "new patient" even though I had previously been a patient at Providence Orenco. Dr. Trajano is fantastic, which is why I have been under her care for the past 13-14 years. Her and I have been able to work collaboratively on my health. I have pointed out items to her in my health journey to help give her more perspective to make better recommendations and decisions with me. She is never suggesting or recommending something I don't need and always hears and listens what I have to say and we work to make a plan. Dr. Trajano has always met me where I am at and also has taken wonderful care of my two kids and grateful we have her for family practice. As long as I am a patient at Providence Orenco I will stay with Dr. Trajano as long as she lets me and I am grateful to the staff in clinic who makes the clinic run so smoothly. Dr. Trajano leads the clinic very well, is very humble, and has a big heart, compassion, and respect for her patients. She is the best example of Providence's mission statement. I appreciate my provider's Interest in my medical problem and how quickly she made referrals for me.

I like how she takes the time to listen. She can give options and report research and controversies. I don't like the feeling that she seems unwilling to receive records and understand the care I'm receiving from other providers and specialists. This leaves me feeling alone, having to coordinate and report what I feel is necessary even If she does dismiss me, and have to do research on my own for the care I need.

Dr. Trajano worked me into her busy schedule to look at wound ER had stitched up.

Dr. Trajano called me after my visit to ensure a previously recommended test was done. It was not. She offered to order the ultrasound for me. This was much appreciated.

I am very happy with the high quality of service provided by Dr. Trajano. I see her only about once per year for my annual checkup. She always provides consistent care based on careful notes and a good recollection of previous visits. During this recent visit she paid close attention to my current issues and health goals, she gave good advice and ordered a good spectrum of blood tests to address potential problems.
