I always get excellent from the providers I see. They always take the time to listen when I explain what health issues I'm having.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Deurtschi, so there are no comments to make on that matter.But there are tons of comments I can make about the great experience I've always had with Dr. Durtschi:He was my mother's physician for a very long time and I witnessed first-hand the respect he showed her, since I always accompanied her to her visits. So when it came time for me to find a new PCP, I wanted that person to be Dr. Durtschi.He's a wonderful doctor, a caring soul, someone who listens intently to what I have to say, always speaks to me in a tone far more respectful than I deserve. I've never felt rushed or walked out thinking that my concerns were not addressed. He goes out of his way to help me with my concerns and, frankly, I wish I was a better patient for him.

I was happily surprised with this doctor but have had not great experiences with other doctors from the same office.

I've been seeing Dr. Durtschi for many years and have been able to establish a great relationship with him. He always listens intently when I share my health concerns with him. He's open to hearing what I have to say and together we're able to come to an agreement on a go forward plan for my care. Dr. Durtschi is without question to best primary health provider I have ever used and don't wish to ever have to seek out another provider.

Dr durtschi is very conscientious, asks me questions to better understand and confirms that I understand the actions /outcomes from our visit.

I've always had very good care from Dr. DURTSCHI. He listens, asks questions, and I have alot of faith in his medical judgment.

I have nothing but good comments regarding Dr. Deurtschi and his staff. He was my mother's PCP and always treated her like the most important patient he had. When the opportunity arose, I switched to Dr. Deurtschi as my PCP. He continues to show the same respect, care, empathy and dedication as he did toward my mother. And others have confirmed the same. He's just a great, caring physician. The staff is kind, professional, efficient. It's a great team.

Dr. Durtschi is the best! He is so patient and caring when interacting with my brother with dementia. He will answer any question or concern, and will listen to suggestions from family members.

Scheduling appointments is difficult due to phone system (can't can get a live voice). Had to schedule my first visit (this one) five months out. Dr. Durtschi was great and very friendly. He got me the medicines I needed quickly. He scheduled follow up actions as necessary.

I love my care team, but it took four months to get an appointment. My doctor did tell me how to get in sooner next time.

Dr. Durtschi and his staff are excellent. I'm able to get appointments when I need them. They respond promptly through MyChart about test results and health questions. They are good listeners and take their time.
