Unfortunately I had a very poor experience on my last visit. The provider seemed condescending with her questions and answers, she interrupted me several times, she did not seem empathetic with my situation or concerns. I felt completely devalued. It was an awful experience.

She is a very talented and compassionate person. The plus is she is my doc.

Lacks empathy for my situation or problems. She used to be better. Perhaps has problems of her own.

Dr. Calopiz was great when she saw me. She never saw me before but asked great questions to get to know me, my condition I had. For the reason seeing her for I realize she did not know my history well but navigated my chart to find answers to questions she was helping me with. Dr. Calopiz gave great advice and recommendations on a plan for me to see if it may help alleviate or reduce the issue and I followed up with my PCP as instructed to do so.
