Shanelle really listened to my symptoms and really examined my knee by having me stand, walk and lay down. I appreciate her honesty in listening to my concerns and provide a plan of care (x-rays, referal to orthopedist, and guidelines for resuming exercise and PT.) Very friendly and I didn't feel like my appt was rushed.

This was my first appointment with Shanell. I could tell that she had prepared for my appointment. She has my past history, medications and recent labs ready to talk about with a plan. She was very thorough and was concerned about my questions and concerns. She looked at me when talking, not the computer, which is important to me. I knew that she was genuinely listening. I never felt that she was in a hurry. In fact, she spent close to an hour with me! She wanted to adjust my medication and thoroughly explained why and made a followup plan. I will definitely be back to see her, she is great! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
