Very great experience and very caring

Provider does her best to serve my needs. Unfortunately there are times when the insurance company interferes with her expert medical decisions.

Waiting now on instructions from lab reports. I felt Dr Koula was sincerely concerned about my welfare. Thank You!

I like the fact that my doctors past and present actually listen and take the time to understand what I have to say and my hear my concerns about my health. Grant Creek doctors have always been up front and I believe, given me good advice about managing my health care. I tried another facility that was closer to where I live, mistake!

Dr Koula is a wonderful doctor...caring and knowledgeable.She explains matters in detail and easy understandable. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor and Providence should as well.I like the clinic's model...everything under one roof: urgent care, clinic, lab testing, mammography, trays, etc.I also appreciate My Chart. My texts are quickly answered and I appreciate having all my medical info in one place.

Some of these questions did not pertain to me as this was my initial visit with Dr. Koule. My first experience with scheduling was lackluster as after being on her schedule for January I received a brisk call from your clinic saying that I would have to wait until April. It took a follow up by your offfice manager to clear this up. My visit with Dr Koule was lovely. This was a meet and greet to see if the 2 of us were a match. I now consider her my allopathic Dr.

Doctor's bedside manner/behavior was amazing!

Very good at explaining medical issues, uses of medications, etc., but did not seem prepared with my medical history knowledge in relation to current medical needs.

I felt I was able to get an appointment and be seen within a very timely manner. The receptionist to the x-ray tech to the Medical assistant were all very helpful and kind. My primary care doctor was very responsive and very helpful.
