The care I recieve is the most effective and compassionate I have ever recieved.

Libby is great .. The problems you want to identify are not with the Provider but instead with the limitations you place on them. When I tried to make an appointment for my wellness exam , I was told I was a new Patient and would have to go to Florence.. ( I've been with you for 5 years) I've had three 3... Providers before Libby.. ALL of them moved on... Before asking me questions about time and about their performance, you should look inward at what you as the umbrella company is doing to make people leave. By the way the first time I called I was told I would have to wait almost a year to see anyone.... Libby is great and very thorough. What you need to do is allow them the time to do what they NEED to do! Remember Providence the patient is more important than how many of us you see in one day.

Every call and appt was prompt and professional, positive concern for and with my health issues. I am fortunate to receive such excellent patient care. She asks all questions about meds, tests & wellbeing each time I have my Wellness appt that us scheduled in July.

We had a lot to talk about in a short time slot, but my provider made sure that I was cared for, knowledgeable of my care plan, and in general doing well. It was a much needed follow up after two weeks of appointments with various specialists.

Libby is always a careful and respectful listener. She never makes appointments feel rushed. The medications or supplements I am taking have not changed substantially in the past few years, but we review them at each visit.
