I like using My Chart to communicate with my provider and her team. Although it was not part of this Survey, I find it very helpful because it's accessible 24 hours, and the team is responsive to my inquiries. I have to say, I enjoy seeing my provider and her team...they are always bright, cheerful, and I find easy to talk to.

I was unable to schedule an appointment with my PCP for this time sensitive appointment, thankfully another provider was promptly available and she was wonderful.
