About Kathryn R. Foote
I approach wellness holistically and work closely with patients to develop a plan of care that meets all needs. I take time with people to understand their experience and understand their goals. I look forward to encouraging people to meet their health goals, by cheering for the successes, encouraging during the challenges, and continuing to move forward. Areas of focus include preventive health, contraceptive management, perimenopause and menopause, and behavioral health, including the management of depression, anxiety and eating disorders.
