My visit was to establish care with DR. Furrow as my new PCP. She was very attentive to my needs and questions. Her MA was very friendly also.

Dr. Furrow is attentive, helpful, and engaging. In this case, though, on the print-out given to me at the end of the visit, she recommended an allergy medicine with a decongestant. My prostate history prohibits my taking any decongestant.

Dr. Furrow was very 'up front' that she was not very acquainted w my diagnosis by radiologist. She referred me to cardiothoracis surgeon, who in turn referred me to general thoracic surgeon. I appreciated her information, attentiveness and concern.

Dr Furrow has been my primary care provider for 20 years. She is competent, caring and thorough.

I loved having a chair at the check in window so I could sit. Kuddos to the staff person who did this.Dr Furrow is always kind and listens well. When asking for an appointment I'd like staff to ask if I need a 45 minute slot or a twenty. My visits often need more time even if the might sound routine. Care was streamlined and timed really well. I was impressed!

They are a very busy with a lot of people, getting hard to schedule times but they try very hard to make things work.

Dr. Furrow is wonderful. She is pleasant and knowledgeable, always willing to help either via MyChart or getting an appointment scheduled quickly. She makes it seem like you are her only patient which I know is not true. She is professional and helped me feel at ease when discussing a somewhat awkward health topic. She also was able to combine some future testing with this appointment to hopefully avoid having to do it in the future. I would definitely recommend Dr. Furrow to anyone. She should get a raise! ;)
