This survey is a bit dated as it mentions phones. I had a health concern recently but used the online portal and got immediate follow-up. Dr. Frost did follow up during our appointment. Dr. Frost, her nurse, the front staff, and the lab technician are all very friendly and competent in their jobs.

Dr. Frost is extremely thorough. She always reads my history and well prepared when I see her. This was a post hospital stay visit so it had to be done within 7 days of discharge. They were very accommodating fitting me in.

She was very warm and answered everything I asked about. I was very pleased with her attention.

Takes the time to answer all my questions and order appropriate test. I really appreciate that I can get all my blood work and urinalysis done in the same office on the same day as my appointment.

Excellent care

This was a perfect visit. Dr. Frost took the time needed to assess my recent health incident and to put it in context of the tests done as well as the treatment plan going forward. She answered my questions, but I left with a misimpression--I think that was my fault. When my idea/question formed the next day in my head, I wrote on MyChart and Dr. Frost replied promptly and clearly. I'm grateful for the good care I receive under Dr. Frost's supervision.

Overall good experience. Was forgot in the waiting room for labs however.
