Dr. Jennings is a caring doctor, and I value his advice and medical knowledge.

Even though Dr. Jennings is not our usual primary care Dr. He got my wife and I in right away.

Dr Jennings was knowledgeable and personable. This makes it easier to talk with a doctor when they are easy to talk with.

Dr Jennings is a good listener however I don't feel he had knowledge of my conditions. To his defense he had not received any of my medical records as of yet. I'm hoping he will have more of an understanding when we next meet!!

I am a new patient of the Florence Family Medical Health service. I tend to be nervous at medical appointments. However, the staff and especially Dr. James Jennings made it quite comfortable for me and put me at ease. Dr. Jennings was very pleasant and easy to visit with, he has a quiet, patient manner, a good sense of humor, a nd was professional and answered all my questions.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Jennings. My previous primary only sent him a few pages of my 5 years of records, which handicapped him a bit. However, he overcame that problem by listening to me and responding to my needs. I was impressed with the intake forms, they showed wholistic concern.

Exceptional and thorough in every way! The entire team of office staff, nurses, and Dr. Jennings worked seamlessly to coordinate all our healthcare needs. We travel frequently between Seattle, CA, and Florence, and decided after our experience with Providence to call Dr. Jennings and Providence Florence our primary provider. He really took time to ask questions, and coordinate our care/procedures seamlessly.

Appt was for urgent care as I had some virus. Saw provider because my Primary was not available. Had seen same provider approximately a year ago so I was familiar with him. Test for covid negative. Prescribed rest, hydration and cough syrup to help when sleeping. Explains things very well. He cared and did not rush to end the appt. Like his manner.
