The NP was great she looked over my record very carefully ask If I have any questions I did she was helpful and explained my concerns.

My experience with the last care provider for my painful left hand middle finger knuckle was a total waste of my time.

I was referred to Mahnaz Baradar by my primary physician, Dr. Savalia, for a pap smear. When I got to the appointment, the check in nurse and Ms. Baradar did not know why I was there. It seemed odd to me that I'd booked the appt for a pap, and they didn't know. Ms. Baradar seemed annoyed - did not ask me if I had any concerns once I explained that I was there for a pap. She was very rough during the procedure and I was sore for a few days. Which at 62 I've had many paps without ever having problems like this. When I asked why I was bleeding she said I was dry (which I think is to be expected for a woman of my age). I wanted to ask additional questions, but she seemed in a hurry to leave. I can't remember any other appt with St. Jude being so uncomfortable / unwelcoming before. I will definitely NOT see Ms. Baradar again.

I'm lucky to have the health care providers I have. I hear horror stories from others not being able to get in or not getting referrals. I have referred my providers to several people and they have all gone with them.

Appreciate all the great service being provided

I was very comfortable with my provider, she was very thorough and polite. My primary care Dr was not available. I was sick on the date for my follow up with him. When I called his availability was 3 mos out, they offered his PA for the next week. I took that appt.
