Excellant experience with doctor and all medical staff at the most recent appointment. In regard to contact in past 3 months, the survey questions were phrased as phone calls. Although I did not call, I did reach out to clinic with medical questions using written secure messages via MyChart portal. Each time I sent a message, I received a response within 24 hours. I was able to obtain the necessary referrals for mamogram and genitic testing. I appreciate the attentiveness of the clinic staff, specifically the timely and professional responses to all my health questions and concerns.

Dr. Tran has been an exceptional provider since my first encounter about 7 years ago. My previous physician was the late Lytton Smith MD and Dr. Tran filled in for a few appointments with Dr. Smith when Dr. Smith was talking care of his wife who later died in May 2017. Dr. Smith unexpectedly [ID] from complications of surgery, etc. On Feb. [Date] 2018. While it was difficult to lose Dr. Smith who was our family doctor for over 40 years, Dr. Tran has been all that I could want in the past 6 years. I recommended Dr. Tran for my wife who had a number of doctors that either retired or left the practice after a year or two. She is also completely satisfied that Dr. Tran is her primary care physician. She also looks forward to her appointments and conveys to me how all her questions are answered on returning home. We are both older patients with age appropriate conditions so having Dr. Tran as our doctor is wonderful.

Dr Tran has been my primary physician since 2017. I am so satisfied with the care and advise I receive I have kept him and his staff as my Primary even after moving 20 miles away. Excellent care

I lke to have a chest xray before my annual phy. Exam. It should be automatic.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Tran. My wait was one hour past my appointment time. I am willing to continue with Dr. Tran and see if we can get my health concerns under control. I hope my wait is not as long as this time.

My G.I. Doctor prescribes medication year-around for ulcerative colitis. Discussion about that medication occurs during my annual visit with that G.I. Doctor. Therefore, my response to the medication question may not reflect what you were looking for.

Very good bedside manner, easy to talk to, was thorough in my physical, and requested lab work and referred me to specialist.

We felt like his visit was rushed. No eent assessment made. MD was mostly concerned about labs that had not been drawn. I am speaking on behalf of my son who is disabled and can not speak on his own behalf.

Very attentive throughout exam

Kept waiting two hours. Only listens to see if my heart is beating then prescribes a pill or sends me to x-ray but never get results of tests.

Everything was great except Dr.Tran was running a little bit late but it was ok.
