My care needs this last year have been ma my due to an injury & I can very much depend on J Anderson to provide the support, guidance & help I need. I've recommended her to several friends. Of note, I was a hospital RN for 30 years so I do have some experience in this field!!

Wish office was closer to my home.

This was my first appointment with her & we got along very well. She showed concern over whar we discussed and gave helpful, professional advice.

My PCP left this office in June. I was invited to make an appointment with Jackie to establish care as my new PCP. When I got there, she thought my visit was regarding medication, so there was a miscommunication somewhere. The office is still down one provider and so I'm currently without a PCP, though Jackie assured me I would be taken care of by this office, whether her or the doctor. I know it's not her fault and I know I'll be cared for - and, I'll be happy when they get another person in before she or the doctor burn out.

Urgent care was of no use. I made appointment to see Jackie the following day.

I appreciate my provider, she is respectful and treats me like an adult. We can speak freely about my concerns and I feel we get along nicely.
