My short hospitalization I was treated very well, with sympathy & respect accommodating my special needs.

That was my first visit with a caregiver in this health plan, a N.P. I will have my first vitual visit with my new PCP, and my first new patient visit, regarding medications and Specialist.

She was great, got to me quickly talked w/me and listened! Staff was also very nice and helpful.

Maria was a very sweet, caring provider who understood all my needs and helped get me the meds I needed to feel better quik! I most definitely would love to have her again.

I was asked to arrive 15 before my appointment, so I did. I didn't get seen till at leased 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My Dr. Was AMAZING. I saw her to get a reworded drs note for a cut on my hand. I didnt need any care as I had just been to urgent care two days prior. Just a note to return to work. I was frustrated and cried. I had lost my grandpa two hours before I came in and was upset about that (but the dr didn't know that) she was very understanding and sweet, even not knowing why I was upset. She went out of her way to get me back to work and I really appreciate her.

This was the first time I had seen this doctor. I normally always see Dr. Madeline Velosos but she was not available to see me right away. I had been badling the shingles & need it to be seen right away. The office schedule me right away with this doctor. As soon as she open the door to start our appointment. She was so kind, friendly, respectful & listen to me. She educated me some more concerning the shingles. She definitely took the time in our appointment & it felt great. Definitely an amazing doctor. Her nurse was also very attentive & carrying as well as the girls in the front desk. My family & I have been coming to this office for many years now & we just feel comfortable continuing to come to your office.

She was kind and very straightforward. She took her time explaining things to me. I'd like to see her again. She didn't make me feel less then.

The dr that I saw really was able to help me I felt like she just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible and they didnt receive the ex rays from the clinic that I went to like they said they did and they referred me to a dr that no longer excepts iehp im not happy at all and still in pain....

Would only allow me to talk about 2 issues. The 3rd was a bump on my breast. She wpuld not even look at it and told me I had to make another appointment for more issues.

Very polite and very helpful. Answered all questions that was needed for my concern.

This provider was very attentive and made me feel at ease. She helped me with a wax impacted ear. I was scheduled for a wellness visit and was told I could only do one thing. The ear was urgent and she helped. I need to reschedule wellness check I guess.

I was seen ASAP. Doctor did a routine urine test but no infection detected. Based on my symptoms, she sent it out to be tested further. Which I am glad for because something was detected which I am now following up w my PCP to address. Thank you all at Providence for your thorough care and courtesy during my visit.

Took time to listen and gave advice tailored to my needs. I felt comfortable with Dr. Potes and she showed genuine concern for me. She was very warm and kind.
