My provider took the time to listen and help me with my concerns. I love that she cares about me.

This was a scheduled wellness appointment. A few days prior I was hospitalized and provider was informed. Apparently she did not review my file prior to my visit. I had a lot of concerns about blood work done in hospital and was told everything was OK. Still unsure about that.

Best provider I've ever had...listen's very carefully to all your concerns. Madeleine never rushes you

Excellent physician always shows so much compassion towards patient and family explains how certain medications effect patient and offer's referrals to specialists or issues needed. Very prompt.

I very much trust Dr. Ong-Velloso. She is kind and respectful and attentive. I don't know whether she knows why I am struggling with chronic health problems, but twenty minutes gives her just enough time to hear me out and prescribe medication that may help.

NP Madeleine Ong-Veloso has always been very helpful to my medical needs. I would only provide one feedback point and that Is to be able to see patients sooner that what you currently are able to provide. Most of the time when you need an appointment It can take up to more an than a month.

Madeleine is and always has been exceptional in her treatment and care. Always listens to my concerns and gives eye contact with me which shows me she Is listening Instead of typing notes, (which some providers do and I feel Is disrespectful). She Is a major asset to your medical group.
