My "Care Provider", specifically "Madeleine Ong-Veloso" is basically a wonderful provider. I have been to see her for the last 13 years approximately. She has always been interested in my welfare and is in my opinion, one of the best people in the medical field I ever could have found. Her medical knowledge is always current, her opinions are valued, ;her concern for me as a patient is obvious, as I'm sure it is to other patients. It is also obvious to me that she is in such demand, that that is the reason that she is booked' weeks and months in advance. There's not enough "Madeleine" to go around. She is to be valued as one of your best assets. I do hope that she is compensated based upon everything I have said here, as she has remained within your organization for a good deal of time treating your patients equally well, and continues to do the same excellent job with every individual that seeks her out as their "care provider". I am thankful that I have her as my provider, and I drive over 150 miles to see her on the days I have been scheduled to do so.

I love Madilyn she's honest and straight forward as is truly interested in keeping me as healthy as possible.

My provider took the time to listen and help me with my concerns. I love that she cares about me.

This was a scheduled wellness appointment. A few days prior I was hospitalized and provider was informed. Apparently she did not review my file prior to my visit. I had a lot of concerns about blood work done in hospital and was told everything was OK. Still unsure about that.

I very much trust Dr. Ong-Velloso. She is kind and respectful and attentive. I don't know whether she knows why I am struggling with chronic health problems, but twenty minutes gives her just enough time to hear me out and prescribe medication that may help.
