Everything was great!! The receptionist was so friendly and kind, the medical assistant was friendly as well and Rachel was very friendly, and kind and she listened to me about my concerns and ordered labs and an ultrasound and put in a referral!!

And she was very thorough asked good questions answered my questions and seem to be engaged in our visit. I would highly recommend this doctors office. I rate it at excellent at this time. I had to get bloodwork and it was upstairs and they took me right away the pharmacy was fast. It was a great experience. Thank you.

NP was FANTASTIC

NP Rachel Hannon is so through and knowledgeable and explains everything. She always ask if you have any questions to confirm that you understand the situation. She is patience and doesn't rush the process, you feel like she really cares about your health. I wish that she could be my primary care provider. Dr. Gowthaman is my current primary care provider and I absolutely admire her but it's difficult to get an urgent appointment with her because she's always booked.

I appreciate the time Rachel Shannon spent with. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions.

My appt go this appt, is not my regular Dr. Had to see Dr Hannon. Needed a referral because I was in terrible pain. My experience with her was the greatest I've ever had.

I chose to see this practitioner because my primary doctor doesn't have any availability as much as I like this practitioner I would have liked to follow it up with my regular doctor however on the scheduling there were no dates available it would be nice if trying to schedule with a primary person that is not available there was some sort of feedback from the office whether it's a leave of absence or they're not with the practice anymore would have been helpful because I really do like my primary doctor very much however if she's not available I would stick with this nurse practitioner because she is very knowledgeable

Dr. Rachel Hannon, NP, was outstanding. She evaluated my Covid symptoms during my recent virtual visit, and I truly feel that she helped save my life and health by prescribing me the Paxlovid. She went over in detail all the pros and cons of the treatment and told me if I felt worse the next day to take it. Lo and behold, the next day, day 3 of Covid, I felt extremely ill and a bit scared to be honest. As this was my first time with Covid, having evaded It for nearly 4 years. I am fully vaccinated and yet the ferocity of the virus even while vaccinated really did worry me. My symptoms were headache, fever, aches, sore throat, and extremely heavy cold, plus, what pushed me to take the Paxlovid, within one day after speaking to Rachel, I woke up the next morning with a bronchial cough and a feeling like I was potentially getting pneumonia which I have had before. I am so grateful she did not dismiss my concerns about my prior bouts of bronchitis and pneumonia; and so grateful she prescribed the Paxlovid as an option for me to consider. I usually don't like taking unnecessary pills, but felt the Paxlovid was absolutely necessary in preventing my Covid symptoms from becoming unmanageable. I would like to thank Rachel for her wonderful care she provided me with.
