Dr Azzam was just so incredible. She was so dear towards me. She was so patient and kind and I told her myself that her energy helped calm me down. I told her about my hernia problem and how I feel like it has affected my groin and she even said "of the hernia surgery doesn't fix your groin problems come back and see me and I will help you until you are all the way better." She brought such reassurance to my life that she cared so much to invite me back to her if this surgery didn't fix all of my health issues. She was so warm and kind and informative. I'm so happy I was able to meet with her.

Excellent care. Awesome customer service and gave the attention to detail and to provide a healthy positive environment for every patient. I was very very satisfied of the health service provided. The only problem was getting an appointment online. It Was a bit problematic because all appointments were months ahead of time. However, understanding my immediate needs they worked that very expeditiously and i saw someone quick. So that solved that problem, but if I didnt call and was only referencing from online appointmnets it made me upset for the unusually long wait time for an appointment.

The doctor listened, gave me instructions to try something while we waited for bloodwork confirmation, and then discussed options and when to reach back out clearly at the follow up appointment. I am grateful that Dr Azzam figured out my diagnosis so quickly because I was struggling to make it through the day with the symptoms I had. I know others who are given "band-aids" when they go to a visit and I have never felt that way at Facey. I am treated for my symptoms even when they mystify me!
