Dr. Hung is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I want him to be my primary care physician for a long time. Facey is lucky to have him.

I have a very complicated medical history because I received massive doses of radiation back in the early 1980's. Dr. Hung is familiar with my medical history and approves ongoing tests that I need to head off health problems. I also like that he's a very linear thinker and goes through my electronic chart with me in a systematic way. He's also very knowledgeable.

I've been going to Dr. Hung for a number of years. Whenever I have a question or concern, I can message him and either he or one of his staff always gets back to me in a timely manner. I really like your system of making an appointment, and your messaging system is excellent. I can always contact my care team if I need some labs done, or to ask medical questions, vaccine questions, etc. I also like the way labs are explained when you look at the results. Labs turnarounds are amazingly quick & efficient as well..

The physician I saw was a substitute because my primary wasn't available for 5 months, which is ridiculous. ( all my past referrals have also been a 5-6 month wait). Was pleasantly surprised with Dr.Hung he was patient and I could tell he was actively listening. I didn't feel rushed or slighted just because he isn't my regular doctor. Seemed to want to figure out and solve my health issue.

I have told my girlfriend for years to make Facey her provider. She finally did, and it has far exceeded her expectations. So not only do you make me happy, but you make me look good too.

The care is good but it took a while to get an appointment and it was a little difficult to figure out how to switch from my previous PCP to a new one.

Dr Hung exudes the calm and kindness a patient needs from their pcp. He took the time to explain my charts and reasons for needing labs. And managed my questions with thoughtfulness and care.
