The physician I saw was a substitute because my primary wasn't available for 5 months, which is ridiculous. ( all my past referrals have also been a 5-6 month wait). Was pleasantly surprised with Dr.Hung he was patient and I could tell he was actively listening. I didn't feel rushed or slighted just because he isn't my regular doctor. Seemed to want to figure out and solve my health issue.

I have told my girlfriend for years to make Facey her provider. She finally did, and it has far exceeded her expectations. So not only do you make me happy, but you make me look good too.

The care is good but it took a while to get an appointment and it was a little difficult to figure out how to switch from my previous PCP to a new one.

Dr Hung exudes the calm and kindness a patient needs from their pcp. He took the time to explain my charts and reasons for needing labs. And managed my questions with thoughtfulness and care.

This appointment was for my annual physical. Lab work completed a month prior and we discussed results during my physical. Specialty appointment recommend and approved. Further labs completed same day. I felt the physical was efficient, effective, and complete with appropriate specialty referrals. Those spots set timely and waiting to be completed.

Dr Hung seems to be providing the kind of care I require but was not receiving with other providers. He is a good listener, patiend and understanding. He got right to work sending me for tests I need and cancelled my pre approved surgery that ok'd by the other Dr. When he saw a problem with my blood. I asked to be switched to him as my primary and he took me. Hopefully we will work together well to ensure my health is back to the best it can be.
