Kristen was exceptional. She listened thoroughly and gave me different options. I followed up with her a few days later and FINALLY someone knew to give me a pelvic instead of just orders pill to see why and what are causing continuing symptoms. And she will be following up on test results with me. I am so grateful I was referred to her!! Glad I didn't see my regular pcp since I don't think the pelvic would have been done since in July I was just given meds and assumed that was all there was to my issue.

I suffer from UTI's. Kristin has taken me the most seriously and has been the most helpful when it comes to prevention and care. She has also given really great advice for trying to conceive. More than that, she has been so sweet and understanding. Though I've only visited her twice, my experience with her has always been positive and comfortable which makes me want to see her if anything ever were to come up again. Thank you for being kind Kristin!

My experience with NP Rhodes was excellent. She was extremely thorough checking my injured left foot and ordered X-rays to make sure it wasn't severely damaged, fractured, or broken. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to take care of this for me.

Kristen prescribed medication with detailed instructions and she called me later that day to see if it was effective. It wasn't so she prescribed me a different medication which worked but gave me an allergic reaction that necessitated a call to after hours the nurse line. I messaged Kristen twice overnight with updates and she called me back and has ordered bloodwork to see if there is anything else wrong as it was the second allergic reaction to a medication in less than a week. I truly feel cared for.

I had a rash on my upper back, called my primary doctor and was advised I could see the nurse practitioner who looked at the rash and it was hives. She ordered the medication that I previously took for this rash that comes and goes and whenever. The rash has decreased and I have the ointment at my disposal to use whenever it appears again.

Kristin Rhodes took good care in treating my wounds and securing them with bandages.She allowed me to videotape the process so that I may continue the same care at home.I'm very grateful.

This is a new group of Doctors for me and so far I am very satisfied with my care. I have been very satisfied with the 2 NP that I have had to see. That is a plus if you cannot see your doctor in a timely manner. Kristin Rhodes was so knowleglable and took her time with me.

Kristen Rhodes is a very warm and friendly provider who has a broad range of knowledge. I was very impressed by her advice and explanations when I left the office. The staff were also very helpful, especially with regard to getting me in quickly and then getting my medical insurance straightened out for me. All in all, an excellent experience!
