The office of Dr. Megan Modenos, and nurse practitioner Katie Chen I believe is as good as any I have ever encountered their hands on professionalism is much appreciated. I am left with questions that I believe the actual clinicians have no control over and once the situation is brought to their attention, they are on it.

Needed a referral for an X-ray, Kattie was very nice, let her know why I needed the X-ray, she ordered it for me right away so I could get on with my day.

It was a good experience because I needed a prescription right away for a condition I had been treated for in the past. So helpful and reassuring to know I could get what I needed when I needed it instead of having to go to ER for treatment. A great way to help patients right away.

I am very pleased with the timely help I received from my Primary Care Physician's staff to have same-day access to continuing my ongoing care at the Providence Imaging Center. I was impressed with the capable "flow" of having my request for x-rays accomplished so quickly and efficiently by the radiology techs. Thank You!

My personal experience is good. The only negative is that it takes so long to get an appointment.

I had a painful UTI. Provider saw me and treated that day. It came back 5 days later, and SAME treatment. Fantastic. Thank you!

This provider did nothing wrong. It is Providence that needs to known what they are doing. I called on Saturday to get paxlovid because I tested positive. I talked to 4 or 5 people that day and even more on Sunday and finally got paxlovid Monday afternoon. They wanted me to go to Instant Care and be seen. That is a 15 mile one way trip for me. I knew what was wrong, I tested positive. I am 82 years old and was treated like I was in a 3rd world country. I have lost all confidence in Providence.

NP Katie Chen really listens and offers different ways to address my medical problems. She's patient, respectful and thorough.
