Doctor Whisler is the best Rheumatologist I could ever have. He is treating me with the best care possible, always listening, always prompt to respond my messages through My Chart Thanks to Dr. Whisler I am getting better. His knowledge, compassion and bedside manners, make me feel I am In the best hands. My health improvement and the remission of my condition are prove of the excellent Doctor this Doctor is. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Doctor Whisler.

Eric Bell was great. It would have helped if he'd just written on a piece of paper the information about the nasal spray rather than referring me to the portal. I was not feeling well and exhausted from a 30 hour trip home from New Zealand. The instructions were easy, but I was confused when I got home and the detailed instructions were not on the portal. I'd be very happy to see him again on a future visit!

I have pain in my knee and lower leg and thought I needed a referral to physical therapy, Erik followed up with a referral to physical therapy and when I called for an appointment, they couldn't see me for another three weeks, this is already been bothering me for well over a month And I don't know how to treat it and Erik Did not have any suggestions for stretches or exercises to rehabilitate it, just Advil, icing and heat, I'm going To the urgent clinic tomorrow because I am concerned and I need some help

It was a long wait, but I appreciated being able to get the appointment and everyone was considerate, informative and helpful.

I've had the best care with Provident. Though Eric Bell PA is not my primary care physician, I never mind seeing him if my PC is unavailable.

Provider unable to order routine labs as he "didn't know the codes". Provider made no effort to fix this issue during the visit, instead he suggested that I "email my regular physician".

I was scheduled quickly to see Eric Bell PA in order to assess an acute knee injury. He was professional, compassionate and knowledgeable during my visit. He referred me for an appropriate diagnostic test and followed up by phone the next morning to explain the findings and to set up a referral to a specialist. He provided clear guidance and acted quickly to address my acute health issue. I would not hesitate to refer others to him for care.

I greatly appreciated that this provider was prompt for my scheduled visit and that at one point he consulted with my doctor.

I was positively impressed with his friendly and approachable manner, and appreciative of his Impeccable appearance!

Eric was very knowledgeable and informative but pretty impersonal. We had no personal connection. I felt rushed but got the renewal for the prescription that I needed before Dr. Graesen's retirement. I will go to Labcorp for my bloodwork even though I know that I may legally go to any lab that I prefer. My [ID] supplement is not an [ID]
