Excellent help and inforfation

This was our first visit with Ellen Roche, and it was very favorable. While I didn't understand why [Name(s)] had to be seen in order to get a referral for an routine annual eye exam, the receptionist gave excellent explanations (changing from a [ID] last year to a [ID] this year, etc). The visit was great because Roche was informed about [Name(s)] medical history and she asked good questions. When we asked questions, she had helpful answers. She was very professional and friendly, which I believe is a WIN-WIN for patients and caregivers. [Name(s)] sees another Providence doctor at the same facility, and both [Name(s)] and I are very pleased with Providence overall. We are thrilled to be part of Providence and we thank you for taking such good care of [Name(s)]

This was a good experience since I was there to identify an infection and medicine needed to help.

Ellen Roche was terrific. She answered my questions about a glp-1. My insurance has denied pre-authorization so there willl be follow-up
