I do like Dr. Ramji, but I have had to go to urgent care the last couple of times I needed care. When I do get to see her, though, I find her to be competent and caring.

Dr. S. Ramji was excellent. I saw her during an Urgi-care appt. She listened to me. She gave me easy to understand info about my broken thumb. She's an expert as well as compassionate. I love her. We need more like her. Thank you.

Dr Ramji and her team, also the people at the front desk were All wonderful, helpful, caring, courteous and professional.Dr Ramji is a very good doctor and these days it seems they've become rare! We have shortage of doctors! I feel Blessed and so fortunate to have Doctor Ramji as my trusted physician I can turn to for answers regarding my health!She also took the time to explain everything again to me, thank you God, because I am having a hard time retaining things she'd like me to follow up on! A huge reminder, for instance, was she took a look through my chart on the computer and saw I missed my annual appointment with my oncologist! I asked her if she could write down some reminder notes for me on my After Visit Summery'? Of course, she said no problem, but what was absolutely remarkable is that Dr Ramji is the Very First Doctor who explained the form to me! I have so many of these forms and I have Never had Any of my Doctors Actually Show me what I needed to be aware of, like taking notice of, "Today's Notes!"I am forever grateful to her for taking the time to walk me out, wait for the forms to be printed, and then Showing me what I needed to follow through on! Phenomenal, I cannot tell you what this has meant to me, I know it sounds daft, but when your overwhelmed by so much information, and I'm trying to write it out on my cell phone, only my Doctor took a minute to help me! I came home and got straight to it, because someone took the time to show me what I Needed to do on my own!I have seen so many doctors over these past 13 years I'm sorry to say, not because I don't like my doctors, not at all, I'm super blessed to have good people in my life trying to figure out what's going on, but now I know where to look after our appointment!She is a treasure

I like that Dr. Shahira always pays close attention to me when I describe my health issues and acts on then right away. She's also cooperative when it comes to referring me to specialists... Except when I asked for a pulmonologist - because of my history of asthma - she said there was no need... She could take care of me .. Which she has done so far.

I saw Dr. Ramji as a new patient in January. I had a list of things that I wanted to go over and she went through each of them with me taking time and in a respectful manner. She asked a lot of questions to understand my life and she showed concern and care as a doctor should. DR Ramji always goes the extra mile when I visit her.

Dr. Ramji is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and takes her time to listen to your concerns. Her staff takes a while to answer emails that aren't stat, but still needs answers. Some receptionists were nice, others didn't really care that I was there. Everyone should wear LARGE name tags so patients can give positive or negative feedback.

Some of the 3 months questions don't apply. No choice of N/A Not Applicable offered. Dr Ramji is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and compassionate. She listens and explains very well.
