I have been a patient of this physician for about 15 years and I cannot imagine finding a more competent, personable or caring PC physician. This person shows much care in our conversations and I always feel that I have the complete and undivided attention at all times. I have never felt rushed; all questions and concerns are responded to in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this PC.

Dr. Lily Norumand is great at summarizing and getting to the point. More importantly, she is a GREAT listener and also truly concerned about patients' mental health, especially In the aftermath of the January 2025 SoCal fires and the change in U.S. Presidential administration.

She's very easy to talk to. She gave me alternatives to various health screenings if I felt I couldn't do what her first recommendation was. Example: I can't tolerate a screening colonoscopy due to the condition of my COPD, so she suggested alternatives to that exam.
