Note that I only recently had lab work done, thus the fact that no one has contacted me regarding results yet is not surprising.The lab tech was very professional and adept at drawing blood samples. The doctor and staff were very considerate and thorough

Dr. Azzam always seems to ask do I have any questions or concerns and then takes the time to answer it fully.

Dr.Azzam, is very professional, attentive, easy to talk to and knowledgeable, my wife and I are being a patient of Dr. Azzam and we are both very pleased with him and don't forget about the staff of Facey medical in both Seco Canyon and Mc bean parkway very professional and helpful.

Notification of my test results and physician review of my results were very timely and helpful.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Azzam and he was very patient and attentive to my questions and concerns during my visit. It seemed like he really cared. I appreciate this and felt cared for and am ready to begin making the dietary and lifestyle changes we discussed at our visit, as well as get the additional testing done that I am expected to do for my age, but I have been putting off. Please let Dr. Azzam know that his care, concern, and attentiveness were greatly appreciated!

I really like both Peter Azzam (usually a backup for my primary), and my primary doctor (Swanson).The lab techs are great, too.

I like Dr Azzam way & felt that he is thorough with his examination, & understand my health condition & supportive to have my physical test done to ensure I m in good health. My concerns were well taken.

I really like that Dr. Azzam takes his time to explain to me what is happening or why he thinks that a specific test needs to be done. It is also great that Dr. Azzam asks if I have any other questions at the end of the visit and then takes time to patiently answer all of them.

This was first visit to this office. Dr. Azzam and his staff were all very good. He referred me to a neurologist as an emergency but even with that I have to wait 6 weeks for that appointment.

All the care team were nice, respectful and within the time frame. I didn't wait longer period of time to see the provider, thank you!

I believe Dr Azzam has my best interest at heart. I think his inexperience shows sometimes. We communicate via emails and he usually responds within 48 hours.

My visit with Dr Peter Azzam MD was for PRE-OP.I am so thankful to Dr. Peter Azzam MD and EVERYONE at the Copperhill facility. I know that everyone was fully booked and somehow they made room for me in order to obtain the PRE-OP needed for my upcoming (unplanned) surgery.Dt. Peter Azzam MD is a wonderful young doctor and the only reason that I did tot gave 10 out of 10 in his rating is because there is always room for improvement, and he has a lot to offer.Kudos to FACEY MEDICAL GROUP for all your Team members.

A Big Thank You to Dr. Azzam for ordering the right blood test that lead to finding out why I was having liver problems.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Azam, but I found him to be an excellent clinician. He was thoughtful, an extremely good listener, and Seemed genuinely interested in partnering with me on a journey to better health.

Dr. Azzam is the only doctor I've ever had who let my medical history and lab results speak for themselves and didn't judge me on my weight. He listened to my story and was reassuring. He is knowledgeable and is a fabulous addition to his field. I will definitely be back to Dr. Azzam.

My old provider closed their office and I was left without a doctor. In the meantime I ran out of medication due to the amount of time I had to wait to schedule a visit with Dr. Azzam. I explained my concern to the team, but they couldn't fit me in sooner which was frustrating. As a result I had to ration my pills which was uncomfortable. After seeing Dr. Azzam, I was very happy and felt like my concerns were all addressed. Everything has been satisfactory with the exception of the unreasonable amount of time I had to wait for an appointment and the discomfort of having my medication expire which should not have happened.

I left my appointment with Dr. Azzan feeling well cared for, heard, and that my concerns and medical care preferences are respected. This experience is one of my top 3 visits in 5 years.

Albeit my appointment was a routine follow up, Dr Azzam checked on my current symptoms which turned out to be pneumonia. I'm happy he listened and was concerned enough to verify versus previous drs I've had who would have said I was experiencing a common cold.

Very helpful and helped me to feel much better

There was a mix up in my appointment, so when I arrived, my PCP was not in the office after all. The receptionist did an outstanding job scheduling me with Dr. Azzam for the same time that morning. I wasn't ambulatory and in pain, so coming back another day would have been a hardship. The appointment was an ER follow up from another county, and the whole Facey team worked diligently and quickly to get the records from the other hospital. They were kind, professional and thorough. I'll stay with my PCP but am so grateful for the team I saw this time around.

My PCP is a very good listener and is very caring. I appreciate his honesty and much knowledge.
