My favorite part about Dr. Morrow is that he wasn't taking any additional patients in the future. However, when my son turned 15, I had to transfer him from a pediatrician to a regular doctor. The office staff has always also been very professional and competent. The office was very busy during my visit. I would have liked to have gotten my blood, drawn and tests on the day of my visit. However, the lab staff seem to be very busy and unable to accommodate me within a reasonable period of time. I would've had to wait around for about an hour to get my labs done. But that's OK. I'll just make another appointment to get my blood drawn not a big deal. My only other criticism, which is minor. As I requested a hearing test, which was performed by one of the nurses. However, I still don't have the results and it has not gone to my chart another comment I would like to make is that I love the application "my chart". Great application. It's also nice because even though I have some specialists that are not with Facey. Those doctors still see all of my information, prescriptions, and results. Great job, Dr. Morrow. Great job Facey I really like my healthcare. Thank you.
