Dr. Bach is a caring doctor. She always takes her time answering my questions and letting me know about my health issues and what is best for me. She truly cares about me as her patient. I am very comfortable and confident with Dr. Bach. She is a wonderful doctor.

Provider walked out about 8 minutes after checking me, I didn't know she was not coming back. I still had one more question regarding a medication. When I told the MA she instantly told me I needed to book a separate appointment if I wanted to discuss other concerns. I informed the front desk about the situation, I didn't think it was right since I was already there. Front desk informed the "supervisor" and had me fill out a form. I was able to speak with the "supervisor " regarding the situation. He said he couldn't reach the doctor she was not available, to message her on MyChart.
